We are delighted to be able to offer a wide variety of courses, workshops and pampering days. There may be a maximum number of carers who can be accommodated, so please ring us to book a place on 01903 528600. If you book a place and then find that you are unable to come along, please let us know so that your place can be offered to another carer. Also, please note that whilst all of the activities and workshops are free, where lunch is available we may have to make a charge. We may be able to help with the cost of respite and travel - just tell us what you need.

In response to carers comments, we are pleased to say that carers activities in 2008 will be offered around the area we cover, not just in Worthing.
