September 2010  Time to Talk - NHS West Sussex are running community workshops in the Worthing, Adur and Arun areas throughout the year which are aimed at helping people who are troubled by mild to moderate feelings of stress and anxiety.  Please see our blog for more details.

August 2010 Have you used the free Emergency Respite Service ?  This service, operated by Crossroads Care West Sussex, has been operating for a while now, and feedback is welcomed from carers who have needed to use it.  If you have, and would like to share your thoughts on how it worked for you, please contact us.  Many thanks.

August 2010 A further 6-week run of the full Dealing with Life workshops have been organised, thanks to funding provided by Arun Wellbeing Partnership Pot.  Sessions include  Improving confidence, Standing up for yourself,  Listening and communicating effectively , Body language, Dealing with stress and Being positive.  All 6 sessions will run from 10am - 12 noon followed by a sandwich lunch, at Dove Lodge, Beach Road, Littlehampton.  Numbers are limited, so to book your place, please ring us on 01903 536378.
